For speed use a tin of grapefruit in own juice - NOT syrup.
Take a banana and mash it well with a bit of the juice from the tin.
Add about two tablespoons each of wheatgerm, oat bran and one of linseeds (linusit gold is a good one, but any will do.) Mix all that in and then add to the grapefruit which is broken up.
Add boiling water and some honey to taste depending on how thick or thin you want it. Mmmm! When my grandmother did this for us as kids, my sister and I would fight over who got the biggest bowl. It does not look the most appetising, but if you can go beyond the looks the taste is heavenly - and it is all natural too! Loads of vitamin C, roughage, ..........

seasoned home fries and cheese, ham, green pepper omelet

I love a steak omelet with green bell pepper slices, grilled onion, lots of melted cheese topped with picante sauce.

Apple with a spoon of peanut butter.

or

Banana with a spoon of peanut butter.

Mine is an english muffin with cream cheese.

flour tortilla tacos. my favorite is egg and bacon. they are easy & quick to make and fill you right up!

I love homemade pancakes with blueberries cooked into the batter! yum!

Get a waffle maker and some waffle mix, then you can put what you want in the waffles, like coconut and you can put blueberrries or strawberries on top with a little whipped cream

Bacon, sausage and biscuts

toast with butter

orange juice

fried egg with soy sauce~ and a glass of fresh milk~

A thick slice of french toast with cinnamon sugar and maple syrup. =]

Mon-Fri & Sun: just coffee and a pack of crackers, fruit or a small bagel for me.

Sat: 2 eggs over-medium, home fries w/fried onions, turkey sausage (or scrapple if I'm being really bad), wheat toast and 2 cups of coffee. After that, 1 long nap : )

I love cooking up some maple sausage and putting it in the bottom of the baking pan add some wonderful shredded home fries then scramble 5/6 eggs and add some cheese and put that as your next layer. Then fry some bacon and crumble it on top. Bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes! Enjoy! It is fabulous!
