Milk Drinker.?!

Milk Drinker.?

I am a big milk drinker I drink a gallon of 2% a day. Is this a lot does anyone else drink this much milk?

This is not a health related question, My doctor knows I do this and I am healthy.
I am just curious if anyone else drinks this much milk.

I love milk, especially the chocolate milk!!!!
I can drink a sea with chocolate milk.....I have "addiction" with this

No milk gives me crazy runs.

Milk does a body good, but to much milk will eventually add on weight, remember milk even at 2% is still 2% milk fat...

As long as you feel good, and your doctor checkups are okay, then enjoy it...

I personally don't see a problem...

I love milk but I don't drink THAT much. I hope you're not going around passing gas after drinking all that milk, though. : )

If its commercial milk, yes its bad. Commercial milk is loaded with growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics and other medicines that were fed to the cows, and contains many other toxins from the horrid living conditions of the cows. Organic raw milk is much healthier. Commercial milk has been heated to high temperatures which kill off any nutritive value, so the industry adds the nutrients back in synthetically. The vitamin D in comercial milk is actually a steroid. A gallon a day is WAY to much-you could develop an allergy or intolerance to milk if you keep it up. Try some good quality spring water.

When I was pregnant I was drinking a lot of milk, 5 gallons a week. I've always really liked it and it think it's what contributed to me having gall stones at age 19! Switch to fat free!

I drink about 2 glasses a day of skim milk--a gallon seems like ALOT!

2% milk? Why bother? It isn't good for you at all. For the life of me I cannot understand why people have bought into the lies that tell us to avoid fat. Fat is GOOD! It is when you starve the body of fats that processed carbs stick and make people fat.

Raw milk from grass fed cows, that means no grains at all, is the best with a thick cream floating on the top.

Your body will be healthier if you cut out that milk and stick to water.

umm...i'm not a milk drinker at all, but even if i was, i think a whole gallon a day is a little excessive. your bones must be like concrete.

It seems like alot of milk, but it is better that alot things that you could be drinking (although you might want to try a lower fat variety). Personally, I don't like the taste of milk

I drank that much during my pregnancy...skim milk.

I drink about 1/4 that much when I go on a milk binge. lol.

A gallon seems a bit much - but 2 glasses a day is good.

My daughter drinks way too much milk. I think it would be cheaper for us to buy a cow!
