How do i keep fruit from sweating?!

How do i keep fruit from sweating?

I make fruit baskets and chocolate covered fruits and I can't keep them from sweating when I refrigerate them.


Answers:
Jane, my Mother said to place a paper towel over them and they will not sweat or paper towel them individually.
Don't refrigerate them, especially the chocolate covered ones.
