I have a food/diet quiestion?!

Question:

I have a food/diet quiestion?

okay. so i'm a bit obbessive with what i eat, and i think that i deprive myself on a lot of stuff.
i have lost 50 pounds so far, and i have cut ALOT of things out.
i don't eat cookies, cakes, ice cream, sodas, chips, candies, basically none of that stuff.
i was wondering if natural peanut butter is a bad sweet to be eating?
that is one thing i love love love, do you think that i will gain weight from just peanut butter, if i have cut almost everything bad out of my diet?

Answers:
You can have it, but measure it.
Peanut Butter is 190 calories per 2 tablespoons..

By the way, Peanut is very good for you as it's high in protein
and fiber,,

Keep up t he good work.

As long as you don't over do it...like eat gobs of it everyday. Now don't deprive yourself completely of sweets. Of course it's not healthy for you but every now and again isn't going to hurt you either. Plus, it would make your diet a bit more tolerable. You have to treat yourself!

I don't eat peanut butter because of it's high fat and calorie content. Once in a while it would be ok, but I wouldn't eat it every day if I were you.
Good job and congrats on the weight loss!

you just have to watch the cravings you may experience. even if you cut out the other items, you may have cravings for the foods you have cut out, because of eating any type of sweet. sometimes the extra protein from the peanut butter will hurt your sensitive digestion. test it out, keep up the good work.... diets take time and discovery

Peanut butter is high in mono-unsaturated fats (good fats) and protien. It also has other minerals and vitamins that help cut cancer risk. I love peanut butter, and I think its a healthy snack (in moderation).

Peanut butter is very high in protein and good for you. Yes, eat the natural peanut butter. You won't gain weight unless you really over do it. I believe it's about everything in moderation.
