what heat and how long for cooking 50g pices of chicken??? do you have to wrap it in tinfoil??

Chicken is done at an internal temp of 180. Foil helps keep moisture locked into the chicken. I recommend it for white meat in breast. Dark meat usually doesnt need it if you bake it around 375 degrees. At that temp I would cook for 35 minutes
Baked Chicken:
Just season the meat well with some seasoning salt & garlic or salt, pepper & garlic, put in a baking pan & cover with foil. Cook in oven @ 325 degrees. I always let mine cook for at least 3 hours. After it's cooked for about 2 hours uncover it so the outside can get brown. When it covered the meat gets tender, but it's all white & doesn't look appetizing. Also, turn the meat every hour. Once the chicken is a nice brown & the juices on the bottom of the pan have become sticky & somewhat thick it should be finish. I recommend using a disposible foil pan.
