Spring Clean Salad
1 Head belgium endive cut in rounds
2 delicious apples cored and diced
4 Celery stalks, chopped
1 chunk or watermelon diced OR 8 Strawberrys chopped
1 TBLS Walnut oil
1 Lemon (just the juice)

In a bowl mix the diced apples and lemon choose to prevent browning...add everything else and mix well...It's different but really tasty. Also it's expensive the first time around, but once you have the oil you're good to go.
