Is pizza healthy to eat?!

Question:

Is pizza healthy to eat?

Answers:
there are healthier things for sure to put in your mouth. however, if you make your own pizza, use a reasonable amount of cheese, load it with fresh veggies, and avoid greasy typical pizza meats (if you must have meat that is), then it's fine. remember, everything in moderation.

nope,, to much fats, and calories.. but it tastes so good to resist..

in moderation =)

depends what it is made out of
its healthy if it is made out of wholewheat or honeywheat dough and has lots of meats and veggies.
not healthy if its regular dough and just cheese.

Of course. Whoever said it was junk food, they're full of it. Ingrediants= wheat, milk, vegetables, meat, poultry, pork and so on. They're all in the 4-4-3-2 group.

depends what kind of pizza
if you eat pizza with wheat dough, skim milk cheese, organic tomato sauce, and vegetable toppings that aren't fried and/or dripping in oil its healthy but otherwise i think it might be very fattening

Pizza can be healthy if you make it at home. You can control the amount of cheese, use veggies and plenty of sauce. YUM!
(If you're a meat eater maybe add some ham?)

Yes it is but it depends on how much you eat it and how often. And you don't always have to get pepporoni, sausage, etc pizzas. You can get a veggie style pizza. But its all about how much you eat and how often.

It not 'healthy' but it can be worked into a healthy diet occasionally.

I guess it is healthy 'cause there are vegetables, cheese .................................
There are some that are not healthy.Like some that have oil.
