Have you ever combined cucumber, cream cheese, and endive for a sandwich?!

Question:

Have you ever combined cucumber, cream cheese, and endive for a sandwich?

Just double-checking a food reference in a script.

Answers:
the ingredients sound like something that goes on an 'English tea sandwich', though the ones I've had usually are on buttered, crustless white bread. you can also spread fruit and nut mixtures as well as meat fillings. different types of bread make the tray presentation look interesting

No... But thank you, I have been wondering what to have for dinner this evening!
?

No, but I have had cucumber (sliced thin), cream cheese and mint leaves rolled up in a red pepper tortilla......it's pretty good.

Yes it is delish! With watercress instead of endive too! :)

no. that's kinda odd

Yes!! And for further variations, try different breads, especially the panni and heavy and flavored breads. To toast or not to toast?Thats up to you! Further experimenting with different spices added to the cream cheese, like fennel, chili powder, celantro, and capers.

Yes, I have. This is an 'old fashioned sandwich' that was served in 'fancy restaurants' ... usually on good rye bread with the crusts 'cut off' and cut into 'small pieces' of about two to three 'bites' each. It's called a 'cucumber sandwich' by the way ... even though every one I ever ordered had the cream cheese and endive in them too.

Yes, very yummy. On some nice thin white bread.

No, but it sounds pretty darn tasty!
