You could make a wrap, instead of a sandwich - tortilla, lettuce, thin sliced meats and cheeses. Fruits and veggies with dips are good and portable. Cheese and crackers, or cheese and peanut butter are good and easy.

Use meat, vegetables, all chopped up fairly small.
Mayonnaise, mustard in it.
Leftover pizza.
Little cans of fruit.
One serving cans of pasta.
Apple, banana.

Cookies.
Pot roast and mashed potatoes do well in the fridge and being reheated at work. Just add a pat of butter to the potatoes before microwaving them. That can be added at home.
Spaghetti. Just mix it well with the sauce before fridging.
Make a snack plate of meat, cheese and crackers.
Chili and crackers (or any soup for that matter).
Just a few suggestions for you. Good luck.

try a pig-in-a-blanket or other typical breakfast sandwich with some fruit for a nice change to the routine.
try making sandwiches different ways - try pitas or rolls instead of regular bread. try avocado, tomato or leftover fried chicken or fish as the main ingredient in your sandwich. experiment with sauces - try a sharp or jalapeno cheese with a raspberry jam with turkey, or aioli with smoked ham, or ranch dressing instead of mayo on your sandwich.
you can also make yourself a little rice or pasta bowl in a tupperware - take leftover rice or pasta and layer with chicken or other meat or veggies if you like that better, then add some cheese if you like.
