If you could have only one spice?
for your food other than salt or pepper, what would you chose?
Answers:
Garlic...so cheap and versatile.Really good for you too.I chop and put it in olive oil and lasts forever on the stove shelf.Has better flavor than the powders.I really don't use garlic salt,I think it a consumer thing,too expensive and don't need the extra salt, which is really cheap.

Mine would definitely be garlic. There would be whole garlic, roasted garlic, garlic powder and a little garlic salt. I don't use garlic when cooking sweets, but I do use it with most savory things!
Maybe I was a vampire in a past life. Or, maybe it is just the Italian heritage!
