ISO Stuffed Peppers Recipe?!

Question:

ISO Stuffed Peppers Recipe?

I am looking for a recipe my mom used to make - she used Minute Rice, Tomato Soup, Ground Beef - and I dont remember what else.
I would love to make this for dinner tomorrow.

Answers:
Mine doesn't have rice in it, I usually make the rice seperate and serve it with the peppers. It's not the same as you were looking for, but it's really good.

Serves 2

my grandma made something like that.....she took the peppers cored them...cut the top off...then she ground some beef with tomato soup in and spices, she also would cook some onions and carrots with the beef.....she added rice after the meat was almost finished....just before the rice was finished she would stuff the mixture into the pepper, and pour the rest of the soup on top.
