Good meals for a diet?!

Question:

Good meals for a diet?

breakfast: non fat yogurt, an apple, & a special k bar.

lunch: honey bunches of oats cereal, & an orange

snack: natural crunchy peanut butter [i really don't know how many tabelspoons, but it was kind of a lot.. but, i looove peanut butter]

dinner: homemade chicken noodle soup w/ celery, onions, & tomatoes.

i also ran today & did a little bit of bicycling, and will do an ab work out before i go to bed.

i was wondering if this was all good, and if i would gain weight or lose from this? is it healthy?

It sounds pretty good to me!

good choice

Besides your snack, it looks good to me. PB has TONS of fat in it, so you want to be careful. It's also one of my downfalls. I found measuring portions helps a lot when watching what you're eating.

Just gotta watch it with the peanut butter. Sounds like it's your weakness and while it can be good for you, because of protein, it can also be bad for you because it is usually high in fat. Just stick with the suggested serving amount.

very healthy good luck hun
