Definitely oatmeal. Oatmeal is more nutritious and it has a lot of fiber that always fills you up.

Oatmeal. But most flavored instant oatmeal packs they sell in the stores are filled with sugar. I prefer the unflavored oatmeal with cinnamon and honey.

"Instant" anything is not good for you. When it says "instant" it means they stripped most of the fiber out of the item. Old fashioned WHOLE rolled oatmeal is the best for you and barely takes longer to cook than instant mush. Grits are not a health food per se because they are made from corn and corn isn't a very nutritious food.

Don't flood your oatmeal with sugar.

I have had both Instant Oatmeal and Instant Grits for breakfast one time or another. What I found out Instant Oatmeal was more fulfilling to me and it didn't keep me going back into the kitchen to find something to snack on until lunch time arrived.

I think oatmeal is more filling but they both are very yummy and satisfying to my tummy.

ewww i guess i would have to say oatmeal, but you should def make cookies outta them, oatmeal actually tastes good that way!!

ive never had instant grits be4 bt i would say oatmeal bacause it fills me up and like idk bout instant grits
