People have gotten to health indoctrinated. No more greasy pig fat for them. (except for Emeril)
I live in the South (and very proud of it too!) and can find it at three different BBQ joints. Problem is seems like everyone has forgotten how to make the sauce.
Anyhow, if you want to make your own BBQ AND sauce, drop me a line. I've cooked anywhere from 1 shoulder to 3,000 pounds. (several times!)
