For breakfast? Good old Corn Flakes. I don't even put sugar on them.
Also, Grape Nuts Flakes, and Health Valley Oat Bran Flakes.
For eating out of hand as a snack instead of chips, I like Honey Nut Cheerios or Golden Grahams
