it's good to consume fresh mushrooms everyday and mix with other vegetables for a stir fried. It'll gives you a balance diet.

I ate 5 lab shrooms once and had a horrible overdose. Ive taken some pretty hardcore drugs before and they where to intense. If theyre the really strong dried shrooms I would eat 1 or 2 and you can allways eat more later if its to weak.
