Your body needs both. They both have vitamins and minerals but different fruits have different concentrations of different vitamins. Also vegetables have have a full spectrum of different things from vitamins to minerals to fiber, cellulose for roughage.
You should eat a mix of all things. If you're looking to try and get the most nutrition and nurishment out of your food, you should not cook them or limit the amount (time) of cooking that you do. When I cook vegetables, even frozen vegetables, I try to just warm them through and use as little water as possible to avoid losing the nutritive value or at least, keep it to a minimum.

Yes, fruits and vegetables are both really, really good for you, BUT I always choose fruit over veggies. I sometimes eat veggies, but it is hard for me. I LOVE fruit though and eat is often.

vegetables are better for you because they contain more fiber and same amount of vitamins minus the fructose--fruit sugars. that's why fruits still taste better than vegetables...
and no, haven't heard of juice plus... i was thinking you were asking whether fruits or vegetables were better for you, not the juices... :)
