What is your least favorite food and why?!

Question:

What is your least favorite food and why?

Answers:
I hate hominy. Its inside out corn and taste like plastic

Liver....does it really need an explanation????

I enjoy many sorts of food. But my taste is middle-of-the-rad--neither too sweet, nor nor bitter nor acid nor sour.
Out of four levels from sweet to sour, I am Level Two--bitter I suppose.
Number Ones eat sweets, desserts, sugar all the time.
Number Fours can eat lemons.
I bring this up because what you like most and dislike most will be different not only personally but depending on which group your "taste" belongs to.
The things I have eaten I have liked least are too highly-spiced, so one can't taste anything; so sour they are hard to eat, too sweet without distinction or lacking in flavor.

The metallic taste of iceberg lettuce for instance I really dislike; too much use of red pepper has the same effect.
I had a Japanese salad once that was far too sour; and overuse of bitter herbs renders something almost inedible.
Some candies and desserts are sweet without a body of flavor; and sour wine in the absence of any other qualities can be a great turnoff.

If I had to name one thing I like the least it would probably be cheap mustard on a cheap hot dog accompanied by too sour kraut served with a hard taco and extra lemon, accompanied by a cheap sour red wine of thin body.

Tomatoes. I don't like the taste or texture.

Liver, yuccy taste. Cornbread, it's consistancy, it goes nyaaaa in your mouth & breaks up like a mouth full of sand.
