Do vegetables help produce muscles?
if so, then which veggies do?
P.S. I have a really bad taste for meaty products... so i'm probably going to be a vegetarian when i'm older...

Both vegetable and fruit help produce muscle.
beans and pasta good for building muscle if u work out the carbs will vanish but their full of protein so is yogurt and cheese try eatting less starch veges like potatoes and instead eat sweet potatoes try broccoli cauliflower onion green beans carrots red yellow green peppers
protein usually helps produce muscles, veggies such as beans can help.
