Where can I buy frozen pazookies so that I can bake at home?!

Question:

Where can I buy frozen pazookies so that I can bake at home?

Pazookies are the signature desserts at the BJ Restaurant and Brewhouse. Pazookies consist of fresh baked cookies topped by ice cream. I've seen the frozen Pazookies at Costco once so I know they exist but they're not at Costco anymore. I live in Orange County in California, and would like to find a store in which I could purchase this at.

Answers:
I imagine you can make your own by getting a pie tin (you can get these at a grocery store or save one from a pie already purchased) and a tube of refrigerated cookie dough (also available at the grocery store, get whatever flavor you like). Then spread the cookie dough evenly onto the pie tin. (You may need more than 1 pie tin to use up all your cookie dough, but if you end up with 2, you can freeze it after spreading the tin with cookie dough and sticking the whole thing in a freezer zip bag. Then, you'll just have one frozen pazookie ready for next time.) So then, you just need to bake the pazookie as you baked the frozen one. You'll likely only need to bake it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes (a bit longer if the pazookie was frozen), but your mileage may vary. Then, when the pazookie is done baking, top with ice cream as soon as you dare, and enjoy! (Be careful, the pie tin will be hot.)

Additional note, to make a REALLY big pazookie, use the whole package of refrigerated cookie dough and spread it onto a pizza pan. Then when it's done cooking, you can either cut it into slices or just built a mountain of ice cream on top and dig in.

oh my gosh those things are the best! i have no idea where to get them. just have to go to BJ's i guess.
