ive eaten
blackberries and cherries for breakfast
snap pea pods for lunch
and i just ate
a bbq chicken sandwich
half a piece of iced raison break
and half a small container of jello.
i ate too much. so i needa burn it off or somethinggg
so please help!!=]

Actully what you ate was healthy.30 min 5 times a week will make improvements trust me.if you really want to lose wait to elminate alot sugar out you diet drink water 0nly.And you talking about clear glowing skin drink water for 2 weeks you'll see major improvement.Drink water everyday.You might have not had enough calories today.2'000 is what you need a day.
thats not alot, but i do that all the time so i would say about 1-2 hours depending on what you do. an hour sounds about right though with the amount of calories you ate. :)
Doesn't seem like you ate much but...running generally burns a round 100 calories per mile. Check the site below....
