Mix 1 pound confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 1 cup
creamy peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Roll into balls, and put in refrigerator for about an hour. Melt 3 cups chocolate chips in double boiler. Use a toothpick to insert ball in chocolate to coat all but top. Place on waxed paper and chill.
