drink a beer

you wait for a while
then use the bathroom
and take a vitamin
1 liter of icecream is not healthy.

You could have shared it around!

You pig. Might have saved some for us.

Your stomach will hurt a bit - but it'll eventually go away.

Wait until it settles then start the cardio workout! :-D

now sit around and let it magically turn into your fat ***

As Will Farrell would say: "Wow, that's amazing. I'm not even mad. I'm impressed".

how about another one then another

Toffee contains a lot of Caffine. It will keep you awake.

sometimes that sort of thing just has to be done. Could have been worse.

how bout some salt and vinegar pringles to help the ice cream settle.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

let it settle, then flush your system with fluids (water is the best) then rest longer. Then burn all those calories off. Dont eat again until tomorrow

drink some ipecac

Now drink a whole bunch of red cordial and see what happens.

i think u gonna f**t
