What can you eat with cheese scones?

toast them a bit and smother in real buter

I didn't know there was such a thing as a cheese scone but maybe like....i dunno mustard or jam?

pasta, any kind of seafood (they have those cheese biscuits that are similar to scones that they serve at red lobster..to die for with seafood!)
You can also serve breakfast food... sausage patties, cheese, fruits, etc..

bacon. Like a sandwich. just buttered after splitting and toasting.

Ham, Turkey or more cheese!

Why not put them on the top of a creamy casserole such as chicken or pork! Place them on top of the dish near then end of the casseroles cooking time, sprinkle with a little extra cheese and a sprinkling of paprika, put back in the oven for ten minutes. Middle shelf 200 degrees

Butter them & serve them with mixed salad for tea.

eat them with your dinner, like you would a biscuit. Or just butter it and scarf away.

Sliced tomatoes, a thin, slice of Vidalia onion, ham salad, chicken salad, sausage patties or bacon, tuna salad, cold shrimp, etc.

You can split them and pour a scoop of creamed lobster or crab salad over them, too. And they're great with a fruit platter -- apples, grapes, cantaloupe cubes, strawberries, and pears.

throw the cheese scones and get fruit ones, then cut them in half and spread strawberry jam onto both halves. Then top with squirty cream, that is the best way to eat a scone.

why not try them toasted with red onion, chicken, lettuce n mayo.
or perhaps with fried tomatoes n grate a little more cheese over to finish

cut scone in half spread with jam and then squirt some squirty cream on it. scruptus.

Chutney or Pickle is good. however last week I saw a T.V chef caramalise some red onions and serve the with cheese scones. They are good as a side dish with salad. I could eat them with anything really.

My grandmother always used to put sliced egg in cheese scones....I have very fond memories of it....

i love cheese scones its great with everything try it with chicken and stews and meatloaf ANYTHING!
