Is it okay if i ate 5 eggs a day?!

Question:

Is it okay if i ate 5 eggs a day?

Answers:
yes. But it all depends on your diet. Eating a ton of eggs with a high fat/protein and low carb diet is fine. Cholesterol probs, just ditch the yolk and you'll be set.

Your cholesterol might skyrocket. I wouldnt eat quite as many per day.

yea its fine eggs are quiet healthy and they hav no carbs in them.

Well, it depends on the rest of your diet, really. But I usually limit the number of whole eggs I eat per day because of cholesterol. If I'm really hungry (for eggs!) I will have one egg and 2 additional egg whites, or 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites.

In your case, maybe you could have 2 or 3 eggs and substitute just the egg whites for the other 2 or 3? Just an idea.

I ate a lot of eggs doing low carb and my cholesterol went from high to normal including triglycerides.
It may not work that way if you combine eggs with lots of carbs. That's the trick---can't mix lots of carbs with lots of fat or meats.
I would recommend a lot of water and some type of fiber as well to keep regular.

Only if you don't eat the yolks.

You will get lots of protein but you might also get clogged arteries, Too many eggs can do that, leading to strokes and heart attacks.

im not sure at all. but it might not be good. check with a dietition,,,, or maybe u wud have to stop eating something else and then the eggs woulld replace it

They are high in cholesterol. At least sometimes just eat the egg white, not the yolk.
