Whats the difference in a canada goose and snow goose, tastewise?

i have only ever tasted a canada goose, i'm wondering if theres a big difference in a snow goose

Snow goose is usually a little coarser, and tastes slightly like spotted owl...
Gaspode is right, although snow goose also tastes like bald eagle.
