Chocolate soy milk question...?!

Question:

Chocolate soy milk question...?

I have seen the different brands of chocolate soy milk at the grocery store, but have been apprehensive about trying it. Call me crazy, but I found that I loved the taste of the chocolate Slim-Fast (and Equate version) drink. I noticed it had soy listed as an ingredient.

So, my question is, does chocolate soy milk taste like the chocolate Slim Fast (canned type) drink? If so, which brands are closest?

Answers:
Yes it does they taste similar. I would have to agree with the other 2 answers: Silk soy milk probably taste closer to slim-fast (and Equate version). If u want to try another brand, try 8th continent, it doesn't really taste like slim-fast but it still tastes good :)

You would probably like the chocolate silk.

I like Silk brand. A little 'beany' taste at first but know I just love it.

They are pretty close. But when you buy soy milk buy SILK brand it is the best. My daughter is Lacto intolerant and she loves the Vanilla silk and especially the chocolate one. She only recently discovered that she is locto intolerant. Good luck!

Southern Home (Bi Lo brand) is the best I've tried and it is better than Slim-Fast;
has no dairy ingredients.
Southern Home VANILLA is the best "white" soy milk that I've tried as a "yummy" drink.
Wes Soy is the closest tasting to real milk; forget Rice Milks.

I have not tried the chocolate soy milk, I drink the vanilla and the brand that I like best is 8th Continent....I don't think the slim fast tastes like soy milk.

Yes most defiantly they taste just as good, well ,8Th continent light soy premium soy milk, tast gross at first but now after 2 days I cant stop drinking it. it's better then slim fast. at least I think so.
