Which milk is healthier and has fewer calories and good for diet?

Skim milk (fat free milk), Soy milk, or Organic Milk???

Go for lowfat soy milk. It has fewer calories and is high in protein and antioxidants.
It costs a little more but I like it better than regular milk.

Skim Milk. They are all pretty healthy depending on what you are looking for and skim milk is the least gross.

dont fall into the hype, i drink 1-2 GALLONS of whole milk every day, not only am i strong as an ox im not overweight either

Soymilk. Its loaded with soy-protien (about 7g per serving) that helps heart diease.
Most people dont know, but only 30% of the calcuim in cows milk is absorbed in the body.

Full cream and soy milks not only taste disgusting but they are full of fat. Try skim or no fat milk.

1% percent milk, preferably organic. Horizon is great, so is Mootopia.

If u can tolerate lactose, have skimmed milk or half and half. If u are watching ur weight or fats, go for skimmed.
