What should i eat to gain weight fast?

and don't tell me to eat a lot that doesn't work and not eating pork

people keep telling me to eat at McDonalds cuz im too skiny and McDonalds is a really fatty place so go there every day lol I'm not sure that helped a lot

eat oreos and icecream and drink pop. Eat snack cakes that you buy at the stor and eat lots of them
brownies ect

anything McDonald's, even the salads are high calorie

well, you have to eat a lot of the wrong kinds of foods like high fat stuff. Pizza, cheeseburgers and ice cream, lots of it.

tortillas
tamales
meat and potatoes
breakfast burritos
protein powder
eggs
bread(whole grain)


I used to be 96 lbs
im a healthy 130 now
partually do to age and
having my kids thou.

ughhh! You do NOT want to eat a bunch of crap, you'll gain weight yeah but you'll be unhealthy. Get protein shakes, they have a bunch of calories and taste reeeally good. Also get a bunch of those protein bars, anything with protein. You should have 2 eggs and a piece of toast with bread that has the highest amount of calories you can find, and for lunch have a sandwich, pile on the calories like have 2 slices of bread, mayonaise, a bunchhh of meat and cheese, add some veggies on, whatever you like. For a snack have anything, really. Since you had healthy meals so far you could go ahead and have chips or whatever. Then for dinner, have something meaty, and add a few tablespoons of olive oil on your veggies, olive oil has a lot of calories. Good luck!! (I'm trying to gain weight too!)

Drinking Full Cream Milk,
Eating More confectionery Food like cakes, butter biscuit, ice-cream and dipping food in salad, sauces.
You will definitely gain weight :)

I would say either junk food or deep fried foods will help you gain weight!! So will milkshakes,cheeseburgers,frenc... fries,etc... ;-)

Try Calrose rice

drink whole milk with a banana every morning for a week and for lunch have a potato salad with mayonaise and a crusty bread and more milk to drink and a sugary snack for dessert like those little debbie snacks and for dinner eat steak with baked potato and melted cheese or fries and gravy with some buttered bread and rice pudding for dessert
