Black pepper intake?!

Question:

Black pepper intake?

ive been decreasing my salt intake and been sprinkling black pepper as its substitute on my foods. but i heard that black pepper is harder for the body to digest?? if this is true than what other substitute is there to replace my salt and pepper intake??

Answers:
I am happy to hear you have decreased your use of salt. Have you switched to sea salt?

Pepper: few good substitutes, but its okay because pepper is potentially far less harmful than salt. I have used tons of it for 60 years. No negative affects ...although my wife believes I would still have a full head of hair - instead of being bald - had I been a little more moderate in my consumption of the spice.

She may be right, but on the other hand as I explained, she would never have had to replace the head board four times in the past 35 years. Your choice. :-)

Pepper is better than salt !

Pepper will kill some bacteria, make your breathing better, but it might affect the digestive system, you should alternate between different spices, too much of anything isn't good,

Might upset your stomach, other than that, pepper is good for you, not over large amounts tho
