How can i stop the chili burning sensation on my hands?!

Question:

How can i stop the chili burning sensation on my hands?

it burns from cutting fresh chilies!

Answers:
Chilli dissolves in fat (which is why yoghurt drinks and sour cream cool the palette much more effectively than drinking water or beer). So, to get the chilli off your hands, 'wash' them with Olive oil, (or any other oil-based substance). hey presto! NO more sting.

wear rubber gloves

hey take some yogurt(chilled) and chickpea powder mix it well and wash ur hands wid it. its even gud for complexion u cn use it on ur face also ven *** frm outside on a hot day.

wear gloves

when you buy chillies use two bags and then put one on each hand when cutting them up.....dump bags....no burn...no extra cost........the whole idea is not to touch them but to taste them....I make a curry that will make ur lips throb for at least a half hour....lovely
