The surgar in these candies are supposed to go staight to your brain so you can think better. My friend was sent some from her german relitives. It is very hard to find online! Please help! DOes anyone know where I can buy these?
Answers:
Sucre de raisin (and its companions in Germany, Benelux etc etc) is the inverted sugar Dextrose, normally presented in a granulated or lozenge form.
You haven't mentioned where you are, but if you do a search on 'dextrose' in your area you'll be spoilt for choice.
Hope this helps.
