How long can you leave ham outside the fridge?!

Question:

How long can you leave ham outside the fridge?

I made a ham sandwich and left it in my draw for 2 days, what do you think?

Answers:
It depends on the type of ham that you have. Sugar cure, and the old fashioned smoked type will last for months. When they cured ham (way, way back) it was to be able to store and keep it for long time spans.
The amount of moisture has a lot to do with it also.
As for a sandwich, you may be taking your life in your own hands after 4 hours or more.

it is spoiled the most is 12 hours with sesoning

Is it Summer or Winter there? Was the air conditioning on all the time? Is it wholemeal bread? Was it real ham or packaged or manufactured ham? Was there butter on the bread? Are there cockroaches running around in your office drawers? Ah, who am I kidding, there's no way any human should attempt to eat that sandwich - give it to the dog?

u should eat it

Real ham= 1 month
The ham you get now= 12 hours or less

in summer or in wenter there is adiffrant could or hot wether day or night to be save 8 hours is good

if you didn't eat it that day. throw it away especially if you put (MAYO).
