Is 3 eggwhites w cheese and ketchup in a whole wheat wrap a bad breakfast?!

Question:

Is 3 eggwhites w cheese and ketchup in a whole wheat wrap a bad breakfast?

Answers:
You could do alot worse than that. A substantial breakfast is a good start to the day. Plus it sounds like quite low GI really, which means you probably won't suddenly become hungry in an hour or two like you might with a sugary breakfast. The egg whites are mostly protein too which will sit in in your stomach and help you to feel full until lunchtime. The cheese might add a few calories but a small amount of cheese with a strong flavour won't add much and will make it taste nice.
If you could add a sliced a red (bell) pepper it would give some vitamin c and provide some flavour and texture too.

In the morning eat like a king.
At noon eat like a prince.
In the evening eat like a pauper.

it sounds nasty

No

bad tasting..perhaps.

but not bad for you..

It not a great breakfast.... plain oatmeal with a little skim milk and a fruit would be better...

its not bad bad, you can always take the cheese and ketchup out also have 2 instead of 3 egg whites.

Mmm can I try some. You must work out.

That depends what you are comparing it to. Compared to bacon, sausage, and pancakes it's a great breakfast.

I would go easy on the cheese or use low fat. And find something to replace the ketchup - it's filled with sugar. Maybe home made salsa.

OMG NO!!!!! Whole wheat wraps? What are you trying to do, blow up like a whale? And ketchup and cheese? CALORIES my friend. That is a fat heart attack breakfast if I've ever heard one. Try this, far more healthier

2 raisins and half a grape w/ a shotglass of fat free milk.

is this the new shrek healthy meal that McD is promoting?

The ketchup part turns my stomach, but it's not a bad meal. You've got protein from the egg white and cheese, plus a little bit of fat to get it some substance. It's better than no breakfast at all.
