Answers:
Reducing Balsamic vinegar sweetens it. Put some in a small pan and boil until reduced by half or until like a syrup. Its very good this way. You can use it as a glaze for grilled salmon or chicken use your imagination. Try It... you'll like it...

If you want sweet vinegar, it needs to be aged. It can get quite expensive.
You can also buy some regular stuff and boil it until it get thick. That's a bit sweeter--but I warn you, the fumes are AWFUL!

I think Ken's makes a good balsamic vinagrette dressing that is avaliable at the grocery. :)

Good luck! :)

Are you looking for balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinaigrette? If you want vinegar, try and find someone with a Costco membership and ask them to pick up a bottle of Kirkland balsamic. It's inexpensive and very good.

As for vinaigrettes, Newman's Own makes a nice one that's sold at most any grocery. I think Organicville makes a good one, but it's much harder to find.
