Good, quick, cheap lunches for my hubby to bring to work?
My husband goes to work at about 5 AM everyday so I can't wake up to make him a lunch. If I make him a sandwich it will be soggy and so on. That and it's early! I don't want to get up haha. So if anyone has any good ideas like frozen mini pizzas and pudding cups, stuff like that. Stuff I can buy and he can keep in the fridge at work that would be awesome! Thanks!

I had the same problem with my hubby, and now I just make a bit extra for supper, and put it in a reheatable container. He then just micros it. I also stock up on yogurt, fresh fruit, cookies, and veggies so he can just take what he wants in the morning, and I can sleep in
what about left over stuff you make at supper time.
NOODLES!
Lunchables work wonders and Go-gurt (yogurt in a tube). They taste good and are cheap. And you don't have to warm them up at all.
the night before you can cut up chicken thighs or breasts into bite size pieces and fry them up in Cajun spices..set aside..make penne noodles or noodles of your choice drain..in a separate bowl mix enough extra virgin olive oil (to cover the pasta) garlic..basil..oregano..salt and pepper..chop some green onions and cherry or grape tomatoes(in half) and toss in olive oil mixture then mixture and noodles...put in fridge...maybe put some of the noodles for his lunch in a seperate tupperwear container than the chicken so the chicken doesnt go soggy or comprimise the taste...then all he needs to do is pour the chicken over the pasta and lunch is ready...
Put the condiments in small containers (Tupperware has just the right size) and only the meat on the bread. It will be just fine. He can assemble the sandwich himself when he is ready to eat it. That way no soggy bread. Make up a batch of homemade soup and put it in a thermos the night before. Let him heat it in the microwave. How about some homemade chicken salad or egg salad? Home made chili over a baked potato? I don't blame you for not wanting to get up at 4:00 to pack a lunch. I'm afraid what my husband would find in his lunch bucket at that time of morning! LOL
