Yes!!! I do!!! I can drink those and I will be full!! It's delicious and fufilling.
I LOVE IT CA COULE SOUS LA LANGUE
I'm not crazy about them. I love yogurt but I find the smoothies too sweet and high calorie considering they aren't very filling.
