Not really. You might try eating more fruits, veggies, and try to get 64 oz. of water a day.

so your eating alot of carbs..... that is the key here, so yes you have eaten quite alot today. Also your apple has a lot of sugar in it, thats not the best to compliment all those carbs.

For lunch you should try something like turkey (which is a very lean meat; or chicken if you don't like turkey) on whole wheat bread with some low fat mayo or salad dressing (think ranch), lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and bean sprouts. You need more protein, so load that baby up with turkey. A good source for dairy (and a great way to spruce up the flavor) is to stick a piece of cheese on it, but go for a deli cheese and not a slice of prepackaged kraft.

You had a good start with the oatmeal/cinnamon and raisins this morning...lunch you could have made healthier choices and snack was good* but you definately havn't eaten enough today so far. You need to add some more fruits and veggies, protien and more grains* also MORE WATER*
If you continue on this path of eating that little..you will probably gain weight. Your body goes into starving mode, so hangs onto anything you eat..by eating 5-6 small meals per day and plenty of water, it kick starts your metabolism, therefore begins shedding the weight instead of grasping on to it*~ Best Wishes*
It seems as if you are not eating enough. Even on a diet you need to meet certain caloric intake. 1200 calories is usually a minimum and less can cause dietary issues.
The breakdown:
I would rate breakfast as a C-, oatmeal is a great choice, but you need more. Raisins are not fruit and are not nutritious, just sugar. Add fresh fruit, and dairy.
Lunch cannot even be called that. Pretzels are a snack. Most pretzels are high processed junk. No nutrition. Add whole grains, vegetables, fruit.
You snack is fine, but add more.
Overall I would give a D- for this meal plan. You are missing veggies(at least 5 servings/day) fruits(add two more servings), you have very little protein, almost none(add lean meats, beans, nuts, seeds, etc), not enough dairy.
Increase caloric intake, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose anymore weight after a week or two, and when you increase food intake again you will gain back a lot.
I suggest doing some research on proper diets. You are on the road to nutritional deficiency.

1 c cooked whole wheat pasta

brocolli and lite dip

Tomato basil and mozzarella wrap
If you are looking for healthy way to diet, you may want to try weight watchers. They help you lose weight through knowledge and information. They will give you tools to make good chioces.
Honestly, no you haven't eaten enough. You need to eat every three hours to keep your metabolism up and burning fat. Try to eat a protein and a carb at every meal and drink TONS of water. I have no idea how much you weigh or how tall you are. If you are already small, it is really hard to make your body lose more weight and you need to add exercise or you'll never take it off.
That's my two cents, worked for me! :-)
I would recommend something a little more nutritious for lunch. Pretzel and cheese is just pointless extra calories...have a big salad or soup or a tuna/turkey sandwich or something along those lines that will fill you up but isnt fattening and gives you the nutrients that your body needs when you are cutting back on calories! good luck!
man your seriouslly doing good but you shouldnt eat oatmeal because too much fat and cheese does so too and pretzel its made of bread which will break your diet so you should try eatting veggies,salad,fruits and things that dont hae a lot of sugar nor fat and also not too many calories
No you haven't eaten alot brooke. if you are sedentary that is enough there is protein in the oatmeal and you had rasins that had minerals in them and cinnamon gave it some spice. preztels don't have fat in them cheese has calcium and protein and fat and carbs water helped to digest it but the apple should have been eaten in the am because it gets your digestion going in the morning.
