Did i eat okay today? too much?
for breakfast i ate: oatmeal with cinnamon & raisins, & an orange
lunch: just a soft pretzel w/ cheese & a couple carrot sticks
snack: apple
and for dinner i just had some honey bunches of oat cereal w/ water & a non fat yogurt
have i eaten too much or too little? what else should/can i eat? i'm trying to lose weight.

for lunch and breakfast is great for diet, but for dinner i think you should eat more than that, you can eat some soup or noodles, it doesn't make you fat.
You can eat lots more fruit and veggies, they have very littel calories. You may want to add some more protein too, lean protein, like chicken breast and some nuts. Drink plenty of water too.
Well I dont think a soft pretzle was the best idea..You can only say if you ate too much or too little it depends if you were still hungry!! Try this!!
Breakfast- Milk, Vegetable omelete
Lunch- Water, sandwitch meat with out bread, carrots
Snack-Celery with some peanutbutter and rasions
Dinner- a chicken salad!
Dessert-apple

Lunch: Go for a salad rather than dough and cheese.
Dinner: Grilled chicken or steak with grilled vegetables

a small baked potato, a small salad made with olive oil, fresh lemon, fresh garlic, any herbs u like. with a small chicken breast pan fried with a table spoon of vege oil. salt pepper garlic, lemon juice at the end
