Making Italian appetizers and have a question?!

Question:

Making Italian appetizers and have a question?

Would it be silly to have Bruschetta (w/tomato and moz cheese) and also serve a platter with tomatoes, cheese, and basil since they both have the same ingrediants?

Answers:
Good!
I'm italian, i live in Rome and i love the bruschetta...
U can eat whit also the onion, Take a small piece of onion and rub this on the bread! Without Mozzarella or tomato

Don't use the Mozzarella, use only the tomato cut to small pieces, add some basil, and little oil of olive on the Bread,

u can use Mozzarella and tomato to make The Caprese (without Bread), Do it in this way:

a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzarella, add some (very some) pepper, some oil of olive, and a leaf of basil.

Sorry for My english! :)

Not at all, bread for people who love it and no bread but an excellent appetizer for those watching carbs or diets.

Not at all -- since one is cooked and one isn't, they'll have different textures.

Suggestion, though: for the Brushcetta, use fresh parmesan instead of mozzarella -- they'll be a lot less messy to eat!

Nota at all as long as they have a different taste!!
