How long can cooked food survive without fridge?!

Question:

How long can cooked food survive without fridge?

Answers:
depends on the food and where the food is being held out. The danger zone for food is between 40 F to 140 F. Usually it is safe to keep cooked food out for about 2 to 3 hours. Potentially hazardous foods (foods that if not handle correctly can cause foodborne illness) need extra care. These foods should be stored within 2 hours.

Potentially hazardous foods are meat, poultry, egg products, milk products, fish, cooked beans and rice.
Cool off foods in many shallow containers first and then refrigerate as soon as cooled off. Reheat leftovers at 165 degrees F.

Four hours maximum in the danger zone (40F - 140F).

It depends on the type of food that was cooked.

Depends but uh maybe a couple of hours

Your supposed to refrigerate w/i 1 hour. On the other hand its not good to put it away in a sealed container when its still very hot either. Both reasons relate to bacteria.

If its cold enough it can last a couple hours because I've brought milk and cold cuts to school and that's over an hour away, sometimes more with traffic. But in warmer weather I would say not very long.

as long as you can survive the diarriah

Couple of weeks; bring it to a boil every day.
