Candy Pie Wafers? HELP!!!?!
Candy Pie Wafers? HELP!!!?
There was a show on the Food Network channel about a candy convention in either 2006 or 2007 and they mentioned a pie-flavored set of disc-shaped wafers. Unfortunately I'm unable to find the website again for the candy site but I think it was called 'Sweet' something? PLEASE HELP!! THANKS!

Also, the company made Peach Pie-flavored wafer-discs, too. You could purchase an assortment of all the pie flavors for about $20-30 and it's fairly cheap otherwise. Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks for writing. Nope, NOT smoothie wafers from NECCO, they're sort of like satellite wafers (usually a melt-in-your-mouth satellite-shaped wafer with stuff in the middle) but with pie-flavored fillings. Still no luck finding anything =( Thanks though...

could it be necco smoothie wafers. the flavors sound like pie flavors and they were featured at the candy convention.
The show was probably showcasing the candy convention in Chicago. It aired a few times on Food Network toward the end of 2006. If we saw the same show, I saw it on Nov. 5th. You could try writing to the food network and asking them for a transcript or ask if they could send you the info about the wafers. They might even air it all over again for all of us candy lovers!
I remember that and even went to the website to look at their assortment. I thought I had saved that in my favorites list, but I'm not seeing it now. I think you're on the right track with the sweet-something, though.
