Levitra and Cialis work the same way as Viagra, blocking the same enzyme. Though it's unlikely any one works better than Viagra overall, slight chemical differences mean that if one brand doesn't work for a patient, another one might.

Take it about an hour before you plan to need it...
It won't give you an erection on its own - you'll still need some stimulation. It will just make it easier to get one.
The drug will stay in your system about 24 hours. If you have an erection that lasts for more than four hours, however, you need to get medical help. (This is very unlikely - it will probably just last as long as it usually does).
1) put pill in your mouth and swallow it.
2) wait.
3) get sexually aroused by woman.
4) have sex.
5) wait for erection to wear off.... should NOT last more than a couple hours.
