Chewing gum question and problem?!

Question:

Chewing gum question and problem?

Ok here's the deal, in order to keep myself from eating exces food, I use chewing gum as a method, which works actually.

The gum that I chew now is Wrigley's double mint, and I found out that it's taste disappears fast, and I end up chewing a LOT. Plus it's 10 calories per piece...not the best choice...

My question is what is the best gum to chew, that will not let u get bored, and has minimum calories? And hopefully, I can keep chewing it too otherwise, my taste goes back to excess food.

Answers:
get some of the sugar free gum, it's better for your teeth and it doesn't have all the calories, in case you feel that the flavor doesn't last. i have chewed care free for hours at a time before and it never lost its flavor

Sugarless gum, all flavor no calories.

Sugarfree Extra

Haha, funny question :]

I would suggest "Tropical Twist TRIDENT"

The flavor lasts for a really long time and it is less than 5 calories.

It also cleans teeth after meals.

Really, try it. Once you taste it, you'll be like "Oh yeah, that dude was totally right!"

haha :]

Stride, it lasts long, is good, and is uber fun!

Trident is good or the Listerine spray is another way to curb you appetite because the taste buds get satisfied same as with gum and you are killing germs! Too much gum chewing is not good for you and you can get TMJ or arthritis in your jaw eventually from it.

I chew sugarless gum. I prefer cinnamon flavored orbit. It lasts and I like the way the gum is put in the package (easier to get out, but doesn't fall out in my purse.

orbitz usually keeps its flavor until even half an hour later

Peppermint Extra.
