Eating mostly grains on a diet?!
Eating mostly grains on a diet?
i eat a lot of grains, & oats.. i guess you could say.
mostly granola, oatmeal, cereals, and crackers..those kinds of things.
would eating mostly that on a diet, be good or bad? and is the fiber good?
Answers:
what is beneficial to you depends on your age, eating habit, genetic profile, exercise etc. There are something you can control; diet, eating habit, eating time, mixing of food ( eg, it is considered not good to eat protein, starches together), exercise etc.
for average persons, it is better to add much from vegetable and fruits in your diet chart than grains. it is better to eat as twice as fruit and vegetables comparing to grains. For a full diet plan you can visit the site
www.mypyramid.gov.
Adding milk , other protein to your diet is equally important.
fiber is great to your body. And eating that for a diet is also good if they are low on sugar, calories, and fat.
i guess that would be ok, and fiber is good but i have a site for you where you can analyze your foods and it will tell you what you need to eat go to : http://www.mypyramid.gov/
