Does anyone know of any really good nacho recipes?!

Question:

Does anyone know of any really good nacho recipes?

I wanna try somthing different, instead of just chips and cheese and salsa.
thanks

Answers:
I make them all the time! Anything is optional, so choose what you like

Line a cookie sheet with foil, then a layer of your favorite nacho chips.

Top with cheese....must be liquid...like nacho sauce in a jar (chips section at walmart or mexican section) then any of the following:

browned ground beef, then mix in the pan some taco seasoning (chili powder, cayenne, garlic salt to taste), then about a 1/4 cup water, boil down

jalapeno slices

black olives

salsa

warm refried beans

chopped tomato

chopped onion

Then put the toppings all over, heat in a very hot oven till everything is hot, don't let the chips brown!

Now a few dollops of sour cream here and there.

YUM YUM YUM

Hot sauce is good too!

spread some cream cheese on bottom of a pan, cover with Hormel Chili, with or without beans, cover with cheddar and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheddar is slightly tan.

trust me, this is awesome:
chips, salsa, 3-bean mix, sweetcorn, jalapenos, guacamole, grated cheese, sour cream & chives.
layer the first 7 on a baking tray and cook, then top with the cream & chives...

The Absolutely, Positively, Prettiest Nachos

Tostitos, or whatever kind of chips you like
1 bunch Green Onion (use green end)
1 can black beans (drained & heated thru)
1 med. Tomato, chopped
1 can Sliced Black Olives
2 med avacado, peeled & sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta (melted) or 1/cup grated cheddar/montery jack mix
Jalepeno slices
Preheat oven to 350

Dump chips in an ovenproof dish, spread out evenly and place in 350 preheated oven then turn the oven off! Let sit for 10 minutes. This will allow your chips to heat thoroughly, but not scorch or burn. Once chips are warm, layer black beans, melted cheese tomatoes, avacado, green onion, black olives, and jalepeno slices. Top with a sprinkle of finely shredded cheese. I like to put a dollop of sour cream in the middle, then serve more sour cream on the side, but you could use guacamole instead. Easy recipe follows.

Substitute black beans with 1 can drained shrimp and 1 can crab meat for "seafood" nachos, or use the standard ground beef seasoned with a packet of taco seasonings.

Guacamole
4 medium ripe avacado (black wrinkly ones are ripe)
Rotel Tomatoes (canned food section)
1 bunch green onion (use white "bulb), diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic (buy in a jar, produce section)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

Peel avacados, remove pit: Simple way to peel avacados, slice each end off and run a large spoon between skin and pulp. Skin slides right off. Reserve one pit.

Mash together avacado, onion, two heaping tablespoons of Rotel tomato, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.

Tip: Place avacado one pit in center of guacamole to keep from turning brown. Refrigerate for at least 30
