do you think what i'm eating.. can really make me gain weight.. or get sick? pleasee answer.

Answers:
It's "eaten." And it's not healthy to count every last calorie or obsessively keep track of what foods you've eaten. It can lead to bad, bad stuff. Besides, you haven't eaten unhealthy today at all! No darling, you won't get sick.

i'm not sure.

Emphasize veggies the rest of the day. No worries!

You won't get sick but you may gain weight. The ritz crackers provide lots of carbohydrates and if you don't work it off, it will turn to fats. Eat more fruit and vegetable salads and take more liquids, especially water and tea.

Having one's period often makes one crave certain foods. I see nothing wrong with what you've eaten today; all of it is relatively benign, with of course the exception of all those Ritz crackers :)
The peanut butter as you know, contains a fair amount of calories but is a great source of protein. Perhaps you could switch to a whole wheat type of cracker if you're concerned, as the Ritz crackers aren't all that nutritious.
They won't make you sick, but they're a whole lot of calories with no real nutritive value. Try this trick Hon. If you really want some Ritz crackers, put a one-serving size in a bowl, and consume ONLY that amount, no more.
And congratulations on your weight loss!
