Vegetable chart?!

Question:

Vegetable chart?

what veggies do i eat daily?

Answers:
You should eat a variety of fruits and vegetables; variety in your diet is the best way to ensure that you get all of the different nutrients your body needs. A good rule of thumb is to have at least 1-2 of your 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies be in the dark green or bright yellow category (spinach, kale, broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrots, etc.) that are especially nutrient dense.

you should tell me what veggies you eat daily, then I might be able to tell you if its correct or not. but pick a variety, sample them all.
