Does fresh fruit and vegetables last longer if you refrigerate them?!

Question:

Does fresh fruit and vegetables last longer if you refrigerate them?

Answers:
Yes they all will. Some fruits and vegetables are held in cold storage for great periods. Some fruits will ripen better at room temp. Hard vegetables were often kept in a root cellar all winter. Cruising sailboats have nets that they keep the hard vegetables in for world travel(nonrefrigerated)

basically all you need to remember is to store them the same way you bought them. The fruit in the center of the produce section should not be refrigerated but produce that is kept in the coolers you should refrigerate also.

i guess yes, i do refrigerate them.
