I think it would be an appetizer of
Escargot out of the shell in an herb butter w/ a Grey goose cosmopolitan
then I would have
salad w/ goat cheese and mixed greens w/ sliced pears and a sugar coated nut mixed w/ a delicious dressing w/ another grey goose cosmo
after that I would have my meal of
a juicy roasted duck
asparagus
some mashed sweet potatoes w/ dancing bull red wine
I would have a wonderful key lime pie w/ a warm cup of coffee w/ some creamer and sweet n low
Ending my dinner with a sambuca
then a gold slogger and
I am ready to die now ;~)

General Tso Chicken, Eggrolls, Spicy Pad Thai.

Main course

Seafood pasta w/shrimp, lobster and crab with a cream sauce over fettucine, topped with fresh parmesan cheese; with a glass of Cote du Rhone wine.

Slice of pizza with fresh basil, garlic and thinly sliced tomato, sprinkled with hot pepper flakes.

Carne asada burrito w/cheese, guacamole & hot sauce; with a huge margarita on the rocks topped off with a shot of Grand Marnier.

Dessert

Mud Pie (oreo cookie crust, coffee ice-cream, whipped cream, sliced almonds, hot fudge); with a glass of champagne to finish it off right!

i would start with
oysters( raw) / scollop's (raw) and mussels (done in a garlic sauce
then followed by a nice crayfish (lobster) with paua steaks (soaked in water from crayfish first) and steamed broccoli
then a small dish off whitebait patties
and to finish off a big plate off pav with lots off fruit and cream ( don't have to watch the weight its my last meal )
